Keepers of the Home is a ministry that exists to teach, encourage, and minister to women while helping them find joy and contentment in their role as "Keepers of the Home." Keepers of the Home is an exciting way for women of all ages and stages of life to rediscover joy, contentment, and value in being the keepers of their homes. This ministry seeks to encourage women to find creative ways to improve the management of their homes, see the value of their role in light of God's Word, and to walk in contentment and satisfaction while carrying out their calling as found in Titus 2:3-5 and Proverbs 31:10-31.

Keepers of the Home is more than just a Bible Study.  There are wonderful events and small groups offered throughout the year to teach and encourage.  Please browse our site for the latest details on the Keepers Ministry, a list of existing Keepers of the Home Ministries, and other wonderful resources to assist you in Keepers of the Home "skills"

Bible Study
The Keepers of the Home Bible Study is founded upon the principles of being a Godly woman as found in Proverbs 31 and Titus 2.  The study is a small group, about 20 women, who come together to study these passages, read A Woman After God's Own Heart by Elizabeth George, and participate in discussion and scripture memory.  The Bible Study also includes homework written specifically for going deeper into these subjects.

The study also includes "skill sessions" on growing your relationship with the Lord, home organization, cooking, "As For Me and My House", and hospitality.  Skill Sessions are a wonderful opportunity to see women present the practical ways in which they apply these skills in their daily lives.

An 11 week study, Keepers of the Home has proven to be a life-changing time of growth, learning, and relationship-building. The natural outcome of this ministry is women mentoring other women as instructed in Titus 2:3-5

Little Keepers
Little Keepers provides an opportunity for girls in 3rd-5th grades to come with their mothers and begin building a foundation for the principles and skills that the Keepers of the Home ministry is built upon.  Little Keepers events are held 4-6 times a year, and include a speaker on a "Keepers
of the Home" topic and a fun activity for the girls and their mothers to do together!

Some past Little Keepers events:
~ Memory Board making & Organization
~ Cooking Basics- fun recipes, measuring, etc.
~ "Watermelon Party"- sharing the story of salvation with your
       friends
~ Healthy Living & Taking Good Care of Yourself

What a special time of growing in the Lord and growing together for these mothers and daughters!
